Titan Bingo Rules

1. Only one player account is allowed per household unless you meet the criteria for a second account in your household.

2. The purchase of all cards is final. Each room has different card minimums and maximums, visit the Rooms Page for further information.

3. All of our games are played automatically. They do not require the player to be logged in. Winners will be notified via email. Be sure to join the chat games for more opportunities to win.

4. Should there be more than one winner, the prize/ jackpot amount will be shared equally between all winners, unless otherwise specified. In the case of physical prizes a cash alternative may be given and split accordingly.

5. Players can only access the games and chat rooms with a single account. Players that are using multiple accounts in one or more rooms simultaneously risk being banned from chat permanently and may have their account(s) locked.

6. To qualify for bonuses in chat games, specials, tournaments and promotions, players must have deposited in the 15 days preceding the start of the game or promotion and must have purchased cards for the current game. The player must also be active in chat.

7. Real money will always be wagered before bonus money.

8. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.

9. Bonus money cannot be used to play games accessed via the "Side Games" button. Bonus money can only be used to purchase bingo cards and to play the in-game Slots and Scratch cards.

10. When a withdrawal is made, any unredeemed bonus funds in the Bonus Balance and any balance in the Bonus Reserve are removed.

11. Funds that are re-deposited into a player's account after the reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.

12. To be eligible to win jackpots, the player must have made a successful deposit prior to the win.

Chat Room Etiquette

1. Respect the CM and their authority at all times.

2. The CM’s decision is final.

3. Please do not write in capital letters in the chat room unless requested to do so by the CM. CMs however are required to use CAPITAL letters as it helps players to see instructions.

4. Choose your user name wisely. Please keep your name appropriate and in good taste.

5. No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will be allowed in chat.

6. No impersonating of any other player is permitted

7. No harassment, arguing or disrespectful attitudes towards other players or any CM will be tolerated.

8. Complaints are to be handled via e-mail: carol(put the 'at' sign here)titanbingo.com or help(put the 'at' sign here)titanbingo.com. Please keep complaints out of chat.

9. Please do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in private or open chat.

10. Please do not use language that can be considered rude or offensive to any other player.

11. Comments regarding multiple wins, amount of cards played or that are not positive in manner will be considered rude and offensive. Any infraction of this rule could cause you to lose chat privileges.

Prize Draw and Competition Terms & Conditions

• Prize Draws and Competitions are open to players aged 18 or over. Except for Employees of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.

• A player's total number of prize draw entries is defined as the total amount of approved deposits with any payment method in their bingo account during each contest period divided by 20. The transactions cannot be charged back or reversed.

• Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

• If the advertised prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to award an alternative prize of similar stature.

• The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw. Should they not be reachable within a further 48 hours via phone or email we will re-draw the prize winner.

• Confirmation is required from chosen prize winner(s) that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions before any prizes are issued. If the afore mentioned confirmation has not been received within 4 working days of the initial winner status notification, we reserve the right to pick a new winner(s).

• We reserve the right to use any winner's first name, country and/or state/province for promotional material. Full name and full address details will not be used. The winner may be invited to take part in post-event publicity.

• We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that we consider abusive, they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion/s.

• We will not be held responsible for any technical, assembly or recall problems in association with the product purchased with a gift card.

• We have no liability to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage (including consequential loss) the winner, partner of choice or any third party suffers or incurs arising out of or in connection with the prize.

• All times and dates are based on GMT.

• All monetary values are in GBP pounds unless otherwise stated.

• We are unable to ship prizes outside the UK, so a cash or bonus alternative (or equivalent at prevailing exchange rate) will be available for non-UK residents only.

• We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. We will not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion.
